Top Wedding Destinations in the Philippines

According to Inquirer, the Philippines is poised to become the next top location for destination weddings. Why not? Aside from famous churches like Manila Cathedral, Binondo Church and San Agustin Church, there are thousands of venues to choose from it will be confusing which one is the best.

Nonetheless, wedding experts here and abroad agree that these are the topmost wedding destinations in the country.

In brief, destination wedding is a wedding that happened, happening or will happen to another destination other than the home town or country. Destination weddings are usually hosted on vacation spots where guests had to travel to and perhaps stay with the couple for several days before and after the wedding.

1) Baguio

Baguio is known as the Philippines’ summer capital. The ambience is always cool and breezy which makes it a perfect destination for walking down the aisle. After that, wedding reception can be held in any of these eclectic locations: Burnham Park, Botanical Garden or Camp John Hay. Baguio Country Club is also a famous reception venue.
